You can book a session by simply sending me a message, and we’ll arrange a time that works for you. Sessions are available either in person or online, depending on what suits you best, and typically last around 80 minutes, giving you the time and space to really talk things through.


Each session is personally tailored to you, focusing on where you are right now and what you need most, so you leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more in control.


Afterwards, you’ll receive a full follow-up email with your personalised action plan and next steps, so you feel supported and know exactly how to move forward.



Sessions are £70, a simple, supportive step forward when you need it most.
