to finding my true purpose as a Holistic Wellness Coach....

What is Holistic Wellness Coach

We all face different challenges throughout our lives and sometimes it is difficult to find the perfect balance of health, happiness and contentment.

Many of us are fighting our own personal battles with our physical and mental health; stress, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, sleep and weight issues are all becoming normal and when you throw relationships, careers or financial concerns into the mix, there is no wonder we have a health crisis!

I'm a certified Holistic Wellness coach, with the world leading  International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) organisation. I use the incredible 'Wellness 360' model which is a complete and fully integrative approach to life , we look at the whole person, not just their physical health, but their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being too!

My Story

Wow what a life i've had! Good, bad, happy and sad all of which has shaped me into a positive, well rounded individual! Being energised, with a zest for life, living my best days, keeping fit and healthy is my priority! However, it's not always that easy to achieve...

The world around us is getting more and more unhealthy and health is one of the most important aspects of a strong and vibrant life... It is my mission to help you live your best life, creating lasting change and transformation so you too can feel amazing no matter what life throws at you!

Where do i start...

Great childhood, with lots of the normal and slightly different experiences growing up in the 70's. Spent hours outside on our bikes, squabbling with sisters and falling out of trees. A little rebellious in the late teens but made it through uni!

I was determined to travel and couldn't wait to get out and discover the big wide world. I'm so lucky to have worked in a variety of places including a ski season in France,  vineyards in South Australia, country clubs in New York, and an innovative Wellness Centre in South Carolina for many years, where i helped clients with many physical conditions to improve their health and get a better quality of life. After returning to the UK and having a family, I spent many years working in the glamorous art world, with top artists, exhibiting in amazing places. But something was missing... finding my true purpose!

I’ve always had a love of the outdoors, playing sport, socialising and a passion for wellness and healthy living. I adore cooking and creating nutritious, delicious recipes as well as meeting new people and hearing their fascinating stories.

I’ve had three children. My beautiful son Charlie tragically died at 10 months, after a short illness with Meningitis, he was my first born. It was a complete shock and a very difficult time for all of us. I threw myself into fund raising and creating awareness of this dreadful disease, and now we have a vaccine. An incredible lady, Diana who had lost her son in similar circumstances several years previously, was a complete inspiration and great support to me at that time, primarily insisting that life does go on.  A few years later i followed in her footsteps and supported bereaved families giving them hope for their future too, as life certainly does go on!

I now have two gorgeous, healthy, daughters, the biggest joy has been watching them blossom into the beautiful ladies that they are today! As with all parents we have certainly had our fair share of challenges along the way! Losing Charlie, my best friend Nicky to breast cancer and both my parents has had a huge influence on my outlook in life. Out of the sadness, I have been driven to be extremely grateful. I love making the most of every day and passionate about inspiring others to live their best life too, no matter what challenges life throws at us!

During the pandemic i had the courage to leave my 20 year marriage and we are now divorced. I was shocked how the process took such a massive toll on me, both mentally and physically. The realisation that i was married to a  narcissist, mental abuse and controlling behaviour became the norm during these years. It was crystal clear with his true personality traits being displayed throughout the divorce process. I consider myself an intelligent woman so how did this happen to me?  The stress, overwhelm,  sleepless nights, the emotional ups and downs was totally exhausting. However, with the right emotional support i'm back on track and very happy living my new life that i had spent many years dreaming of. I wish i could have enrolled on my Battling Breakup Program at that time!

I embarked on a voyage of rediscovery, soul searching to find my true purpose, returning to my passion of wellness after 20 years. Exciting, fulfilling and a little scary to say the least but i am here, armed with a life time of knowledge and experience, the best wellness training possible to help you! I have let go of all the painful memories, betrayal and a controlling ex husband and am now living a much happier life that I love! I learnt to survive and thrive for the second time...

Change is possible for every one - You only live once so be your best!
