A way forward when everything feels uncertain

I created the Divorce Recovery System to bring the emotional and practical sides of divorce together in one place.

Whatever brought you here, whether it was your decision, theirs or something you never saw coming, you deserve support. You don’t have to explain yourself or prove who was right or wrong. My aim is to help you come to terms with what’s happened and find your way through it.

Across six steps, we explore coping with grief, anger, guilt and rejection, including the hurt that can follow adultery and betrayal. We look at recognising narcissistic behaviours, setting boundaries and handling difficult communication, alongside co-parenting and preparing for legal and financial conversations.

And we make room for what comes afterwards: healing, rebuilding trust in yourself and discovering what you want from life now.

What we’ll work through

Step 1 — Finding Your Feet After a Breakup

When everything feels unfamiliar, start with what you need today. We’ll explore the shock, the grief and those first difficult conversations, with grounding tools to help you pause and take things one manageable step at a time.

Step 2 — Your Life, Your Rules

Begin recognising what sends your emotions into overdrive and what helps you feel steadier. We’ll work on boundaries, difficult relationship patterns and looking after yourself, so someone else’s behaviour doesn’t have to dictate your whole day.

Step 3 — Finance, Family & Fair Deals

Get more prepared for the practical decisions ahead. Explore communication, negotiation and co-parenting tools, organise your questions and think through what matters before conversations with solicitors, mediators and financial professionals.

Step 4 — Your Fresh Start

Give yourself space to process what’s happened, including betrayal, anger and feelings of rejection. We’ll explore letting go at your own pace, recognising relationship red flags and beginning to make room for your future.

Step 5 — The Freedom Formula

After so much focus on the relationship, bring the attention back to you. Reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful thought patterns and build small habits that support the way you want to feel and live.

Step 6 — Design Your Next Chapter

What would you like life to look like now? We’ll explore confidence, relationships, new possibilities and practical steps towards a future that reflects who you are and what matters to you.

Tools for everyday life

Inside the Wellness Emma App, you’ll find over 30 lessons with short videos, guided meditations, breathing exercises, journaling prompts and practical fact sheets.

There’s also a toolkit and resource library to return to when something comes up, whether you’re preparing for a difficult conversation, struggling to switch off or needing a reminder about boundaries. The community gives you a place to connect with women navigating similar changes.

Work through the programme at your own pace. Revisit what helps. You don’t have to do everything at once.

From me to you

I’m Emma, a certified holistic wellness and divorce recovery coach, and I’ve been through divorce myself.

I remember how hard it can be to think about the future when you’re just trying to get through the day. I also know that life afterwards can hold friendship, laughter, confidence and experiences you can’t quite imagine yet.

That’s why this programme looks beyond the divorce itself. I want to help you feel more like yourself again and start making plans because you want to, with something to look forward to.

Try it before you decide

The complete Divorce Recovery System is £99.

That includes all six steps, the supporting resources and tools you can use as you work through the programme.

Your first three sessions are free. I’m confident in what I’ve created, and I want you to experience my approach before you spend a penny. See what you take from those sessions, then decide whether you’d like to continue.
